Can't find it on the northshore. Tried online and it very expensive. Did they stop making?

I don't think it's been discontinued, just a shortage.

Matthew McConaughey mentioned it during a podcast in November that probably spiked a sales run on it.

I’ve only had it on cream cheese. What else is it good on?

I sizzled some chicken wings in a cast iron skillet at a deer camp last weekend for the baw that invited me hunting. I used butter, salt/pepper, garlic powder, then dabbed pickapeppa over the skin as the wings cooked. They were fire.

Throw it in your BBQ shrimp. It brings that sauce to a new level

Surely you’re joking. Only thing a good steak needs is salt and pepper

Not really what I call a binder. Flavor enhancer, perhaps?

Ingredients Cane Vinegar, Onions, Sugar, Tomato Paste, Sea Salt, Peppers, Raisins, Ginger, Mango Concentrate, Cloves, Thyme, Garlic, Black Pepper, Orange Peel

I wonder if there is a Super Bowl related run on it. I had to go to a couple of stores around town to find it during the Christmas holidays. Did you try Rouses? They usually have it.

Got a buddy who uses it in his jambalaya recipe. And his jambo is pretty good.

I couldn't find it for usual Thanksgiving or Christmas traditions this past holiday season. Haven't seen it stocked since either.

Talked with a food distributor friend and he is telling the manufacturer had Hurricane damage this past year that set them back. New shipments were to ship out beginning in Feb. SO hopefully it's on shelves soon. I got Spicy Mango pickapeppa for New years eve it was really good on cream cheese. Got a half bottle left for Sunday.

I do believe it is manufactured in the Caribbean. Maybe Jamaica?

Have a buddy whose family does it on cream cheese with plain bugles, it’s like their thing for generations. Have always had a bottle in my fridge since having it with them

All binders have flavor otherwise just put water on it. Just a hint, it binds the seasonings to the meat
