Don't know that I've ever tried Pabst.

For cheap beer it was Old Milwaukee or Milwaukee's Best.

Dixie was for splurging.

Miller quarts for gatherings.

It's a good lower priced beer.

It's not bad. Cheap beer that's refreshing and easily attainable.

Not my first choice by any means, but I prefer it over many other offerings at your typical dive bar.

I don't think I've ever seen it at the store or served at any bars?

It's not something I would regularly buy, but if offered I wouldn't turn it down. I've had far worse.

Many beers like PBR & Schlitz were great in their day. Then they got mass produced and watered down.

the local quicky mart has it for 9bucks a 12 pack in bottles. it's my go-to crap beer. costco has red brick ipa for about the same price, so i try to stock up on that to avoid the PBR, but i do like it, for what it is.

I thought PBR died decades ago. I probably went 20 years without seeing one.

Pabst isn't even a brewing company anymore. It's a marketing company basically that contracts out their beer to various breweries. Samuel Adams is also a contract brewer.

Interesting. I think the packaging PBR has is pretty cool.
