Any recommendations on sites you have personally used that ship steak, seafood or any other good stuff(thinking king cakes soon) where the quality of the product was good and worth the cost?

I second Snake River. Also, love Flannery Beef ( Flannery Beef) out of San Francisco. Reasonable prices and great aged steaks.

Dry Aged Prime steaks from Lobel’s of New York is worth the money. Just bought some bone-in ribeyes today for Christmas Day dinner.

I'm looking to get fresh salmon, preferably wild-caught and straight from Alaska.
Can anyone attest to wildforkfoods (website has salmon) or another business for this? Things to look for or avoid?

Hassell Cattle Company is my go to for tri-tip and other things. American wagyu, decent prices, quick shipping. I use Porter Road for pork chops, haven’t really been super impressed with their steaks. 44 Farms has good steaks, Smnake River beef ribs can’t be beaten.

I’m definitely not a seafood connoisseur, and I only like mild tasting fish, but I’ve been very satisfied with wildfork’s Mahi Mahi, swordfish and Chilean sea bass.

I agree. Wildfork sea bass is pretty tough to beat. They have pretty good food in general

I'll add my rec for Snake River Farms. Got one of their Gold briskets arriving tomorrow.
Also, if you have specific locations/establishments you want food from, look into GoldBelly. You can get brisket from Franklin BBQ, turtle soup from Commander's Palace, the Piecaken from NYC. Again though it isn't cheap.

About 15 years ago, I used to order lobster tails from Lobstergram. They have other kinds of seafood but I only ordered the lobster. I never heard any complaints and the company is still around so they must be doing something right.
