If you have any wine pairings as well that’d be great to know as well

Castlevetrano.

Best olives I've ever tasted. I asked the original owner of Nor-Joe's what was the best and this was their answer.

I wish these were easier to find. I always try to keep them around for tagine dishes, but most places just don't stock them. I feel like the canned Lindsay green olives are a close substitute. Manzanilla are just too salty and that great natural olive taste is lost in them.

They usually have them at Whole Foods, and I believe I found them at Trader Joe's before.

I've ordered a can from there myself, and they were better than most olives. But they're not as good as the ones that are not canned that you get at the store.

Any/all of the stuffed green olives from Santa Barbara Olive Co. I eat them by themselves, put them in martinis, and on charcuterie boards.

Highly recommend the pepper (there are multiple) or garlic stuffed. Not sure if it's sacrilege to put a cheese-stuffed olive on a cheese board, but I would.

The Greek Olive Blend from Sams is awesome. Big pitted green and kalamata olives tossed in a light olive oil, oregano and sea salt.

If you have a Kroger around the have some giant green feta cheese stuffed green olives on their olive bar which are awesome.
