Any list that excludes John’s and Sally’s is suspect.

Bunchie, either put ‘em on or don’t. I don’t like your attitude here.

I went over there because of you and ate for $12 & left full

Tell him to go, not that it’s too expensive

I’m just being honest. I think when you go and eat there in the restaurant it’s pricey. Certainly more expensive than other places.

But it is quite good. If you’re just getting a slice from the window you will be very satisfied.

Friend, I am quite pleased to see you return to us, I was worried something bad might have happened. I am aware you enjoy reviewing foods/dining establishments. I have a suggestion and it is the all you can eat boneless wings deal at Buffalo Wild Wings. You could review every flavor for the low price of $20. Hope all is well

But did you eat there in the weeks before they closed for the kitchen renovation? My friend and I went for lunch one day and the waitress told us that they changed the recipe for the "sweet sauce" because some of the cooks were making it too sweet. We both ordered sweet sauce and it tasted hardly different from the zesty except it had an overload of oregano and was now bitter. Pizza was awful. I think they re-open after the 4th but even though Commodore's isn't that great, I would take it over Tommy's now.

RIP sweet sauce. I know not everyone loved you. But yes the pizza situation is Hammond is abysmal.

the unkindest cut is the situation at pour house/Milan’s. New owner is Italian, he has the same (very nice) wood oven, one would assume he has recipes…and the pizza is inedible. Borderline disgusting

Any idea if Nola Mia will keep the truck when the brick and mortar opens?

Just heard Pomodori in Mandeville closed. Rough times for the northshore

Yes. I've had all the supposed "best" in New Orleans and haven't really been impressed by any of them.

The worst times

meribo sucks, commodore sucks, Milan’s sucks, Isabella’s is barely passable, streetside is terrible, Tommy’s is Tommy’s, etc…

Honestly greyhound is the only pizza worth making an effort for in the area. NOLA Mia hopefully will change that, the truck pizza is legitimately excellent

My wife and I went last night. We split the 14" pizza which had pepperoni and sausage. We also share a bottle of wine that was $45. After tip, the final bill was $98, which is pricey for a pizza dinner for two.

With that said, the pizza was outstanding and we will certainly be going back.

Well what do you expect from the garbage rag NY Times. Best used as cage liner for animals.
