Won last year with grilled frog leg and cream cheese stuffed jalapenos wrapped in bacon with etoufee sauce drizzled over, want to repeat, need ideas

Tandoori-rubbed grilled frog legs with paneer tikka. Sauce could be something like the gravy paneer tikka sometimes comes in.

Keep it simple.

Buffalo frog legs.

Butter and hot sauce are good.

Actually BLB's suggestion of tandoori frog legs sounds good. Season the legs with tandoori spice rub & coat them with tandoori spiked yogurt. Build your own tandoor oven out of a concrete cylinder.

Pair it with a Cucumber mint raita & served on fresh tandoor baked naan.

frog leg tacos, I did them at a camp this year and they were a hit. I even made my own corn tortillas and tomatillo Salsa Verde.
