(3). Persimmons.
Unripe wild ones are awful. My wife buys these Japanese ones around Thanksgiving for decoration. They are delicious.

For me:
Cilantro - horrible
Sauerkraut - my mom craved this when she was pregnant with me. I’ve always hated it.

Limburger cheese.
Never have had it and won't.. My dad loved the stuff and would have it in the morning for a side with breakfast. I would open the door into the kitchen and the wave of stench would hit me like a club. He would also have another type of French cheese that was worse.. And he wouldn't eat brussels sprouts..
My mother's father was a prankster and he put the wrapper of the limburger into the band of someone's hat. This was back in the 1930's..

Kale. Anyone who says they like Kale is a liar and cannot be trusted.
This is the winner. There’s a reason they put it AROUND the salad bar and not in it.

True, but cilantro lovers can suck my balls

I feel the same way, especially when I see the endless threads about fast food burgers. About the only foods I disdain are the flavorless ones, such as squash.
Cilantro and I had a shaky start. My in-laws were coming to dinner and I made a big bowl of gazpacho, one of theirs and my favorites. Except I made an error and used cilantro instead of parsley, I tasted it and hated it. When my in-laws, with my warning, tasted it, they loved it. So, I gave it a 2nd chance, and a 3rd, now I love the fresh taste it brings.

Kale. Anyone who says they like Kale is a liar and cannot be trusted. It may be a power food but you know you're forcing yourself to eat it because it tastes like crap. You know you'd rather have a baked potato.
bullshite. The spinach and kale salad at Saltgrass Steakhouse is the tits. It’s baby spinach, kale, diced eggs, sliced red onions, bleu cheese crumbles and toasted pecans tossed in honey balsamic dressing.
It is truly one of the only ways I will eat kale. That kale side dish at Chick-fil-A is a distant 2nd.
But if you don’t like that spinach and kale salad at Saltgrass, then go frick your mother.

Green peas and cooked spinach .
Try those tiny green peas. Far better than the big ones.
Try sautéing garlic in olive oil, then adding fresh spinach leaves until they wilt. Even my teenage sons love it this way.
School lunchroom spinach dumped from a can, on the other hand - triggers my gag reflex.

I can vividly remember when attending classes at Chalmette High that every time we had spinach, the maintenance men had cut the grass on campus the day before.
Coincidence------I think not.

Olives
Goat Cheese
Blue Cheese
Those are the three main things I absolutely can not stand. I can tolerate most things but not those.

Agreed. And spinach.
Why do so many chefs have put this stuff in so many dishes? It's not helpful.
I like spinach in dips or in eggs, but by itself it's awful. And I am so tired of cilantro being in so many dishes these days. I usually just tell them I have an allergy just to avoid the crap.
