Lemon Icebox Pie for dessert
It's what my grandmothers on both sides did, my mom did and my wife and sister and her family team up to do each year.
My niece tries to fancy it up somewhat... we tolerate it.

Cornbread dressing. Could do without turkey before I would do without dressing. Prefer gravy as well.
