Anybody been here? How is it? Also any recommendations for best seafood restaurants in Destin/Ft Walton?

Haven’t been since 2009, and got a ribeye on recommendation from the guy paying for the meal (I was young & dumb). Honestly, it wasn’t bad at all.

I went A while back and enjoyed it.
They do a smoked prime ribs that’s good and they have like a 7 bean soup that’s dirt cheap that’s good.

I have been to McGuire's. Fun place but there are much better restaurants around there. My favorite is Cafe Thirty - A a little past Destin. Marlin Grill at Baytown Wharf has good seafood and a good happy hour. We have been going to Mimo's for casual Italian and pizza from a wood burning oven.

Mcguire's is good. The only time I was ever disappointed was when I ordered their fish and chips for lunch. The fish was fried in cornmeal, which was fine, but I was expecting more of a Great Britain style of F and C.

If you go to McGuires get the reuben egg rolls. I can’t say that I’ve ever had a bad meal there.

My family and I went to the one in Pensacola back in 2015 - my sister has been to the one in Destin — both of us had a great time and really good food

Great burgers, smoked ribeye is always good, and the house stout is a must for me. Eating there on family vacation is a tradition for us. Surely better restaurants around, but I really dig the atmosphere.

I try to avoid tourist type restaurants at the beach. But McGuire’s is one I enjoy. It’s a good atmosphere and the food isn’t bad at all.

I had to go once. I didn’t particularly enjoy the food. Would definitely recommend other spots.

I have been probably a dozen times. Always enjoy their nachoes, burger, and some their own line of beer. Cool place - will recommend. I have a friend from the area and she said locals like the place.
Other seafood place I like is Old Bay Steam in Fort Walton.

I'm sure they have ok burgers and atmosphere. That may be it. There are countless restaurants to patronize besides this one. If you like night clubs this is your place otherwise I would not recommend.
