Those are oyster shooters. You can add a quail egg into them for $1.
The nigiri with the little brown squares on top is scallop topped with seared foie gras- one of the best things I’ve had there.

Place here does ‘apps’ from the sushi bar and they get pretty creative with yellowtail.

100% agree. Umami and Marcellos were 1A/1B for me, and now that Marcellos is gone it’s all Umami.
