That makes sense, I’m just really surprised that more readily available

Nola Brewery and Urban South regularly put out small batch releases.

I picked up a 4 pack (limit 1 per person) Urban South/B52 collab a few weeks ago.

I know most people don’t have a high opinion of Crying Eagle (me included), but has anyone tried their new hazy IPA? They release a few new brews recently including a Rasberry Passion fruit Berliner Weisse

Above poster is right, the Urban South Grapefruit IPA is excellent.

Second Line has a blood orange saison that is great once it cools down a little.

Gleason IPA is very good.

Not slushee sours like 450 North and all those other hype train breweries, real fruited sours. Doing things the right way with barrels and a lot of time, care, and science.

And juicy IPAs. And most every other style, too, so bring your friend that only likes brown ales. But the IPAs and sours I know will be excellent.

I’ve been saying Mitch is the best brewer in the city for years now, and he has the NOLA on Tap awards to show it. When things start happening at ZM I think it will be incredible.

It is excellent. It’s a nice little change up from the juice bombs that I normally drink

As far as specials, the DDH bloom released last Saturday is phenomenal. Brewery only though

Crying Eagle's hazy is very good, despite what many may think about their stuff overall.
