Looks like it's alligator bolognese these days. Either way it should probably be just as good I would guess

I've never had a bad dish there. The shrimp app was a winner on my last visit.

Great place, one of my favorites. I like the boulibasse style fish stew. I am not going to tell you to get a burger at such an ambitious gourmet restaurant but I have tasted it and it is one of the best. Be sure to ask them for the code to the free parking lot across the street.
