Nearly 100 pounds of ground meat, lots of round steaks and some roasts.

I honestly don't think I've ever eaten Elk outside of an Elk burger in Wyoming once.

Charcoal on Magazine has a mean elk burger. I enjoyed it. Ordered it a medium rare, bit of pink.

Elk is very lean. My number one advice would be to not overcook it.

That black dog knows what to do with it.

My friend was supposed to send me some elk backstrap for thanksgiving. It hasn't arrived. I hope he chokes on a turkey bone today.

Chili, which you are in the middle of, yet elk sloppy Joe's rule as well...... it dries out quick so gotta watch it compared to ground beef.
