Took a job in Opelousas a few months ago.

Boss and I stopped in Krotz Springs and he got some of these. I had them in Eunice from superette and T boys and they were decent. Billy's is next level.

Best boudin product out there. The ones in Opelousas are good as I just got donebut I do think the KS version is slightly better.

Best balls ever.

This is one of those threads that's going to confuse the FDB when it gets moved there.

Anytime I go out that way, which is hardly ever, I always stop at Billy's in Krotz Springs for those tasty balls. They're incredible.

Billy definitely has some tasty balls. That batter is flakey like Popeyes chicken batter.

I'm sorry.

Seriously, though, I was born in prairie ronde and stop in KS on the way home from visiting my grandma. I'll stop to buy a box of links and 2 boudin balls. I don't care if it takes 30 mins getting through the line.

The Francis Deli In St Francisville too.

Love me some pepper jack boudin balls/egg rolls dipped in mayo/mustard mix.

I used to hog hunt in Fordoche and Livonia. We ALWAYS stopped at Billy's before crossing the bridge in Krotz Springs.

The wraps may actually be even better than the balls. They also have crawfish boudin wraps now too if crawfish is your thing.

His smoked boudin is his best product IMO. I also prefer the boudin balls without the cheese
