I generally stick to 3-4 main items. One of them being the combo plate from Patton's. Going to branch out this yr and try some different stuff.
Almost got that Asian poboy one year but wasn't sure what kind of ticking time bomb was waiting to happen as I was already pretty inebriated and it was hotter than the sun outside.

Bite of wife's crawfish monica (to remind myself that it is pretty boring)

Now this is is my kind of thread. One of the main reasons I'm coming down this weekend is jazz fest food. I haven't been since high school but I'm looking for the crawfish bread first
