To be specific Blue Plate mayo. And I never refrigerate it.

Mustard is just ok but doesn’t have much room except for on a hot dog.
you can literally put mustard on anything. there are multiple types of mustard, not just "French's Yellow Mustard".

For starters, if you have to put any type of condiments on your food, you're cooking them wrong or going to the wrong restaurants.
With that said, I have never liked the taste of mayo. I have left the top of my burger buns on the tables at fast food restaurants because they slather that shite on there even when you request no mayo.Do not like Ketchup either, but can tolerate it in small doses. By virtue of process of elimination, then I have to go mustard as the best of the big 3.

We are strictly speaking generics I believe...plain mayo, yellow mustard, ketchup.
You can doctor up mayo and make it taste great i.e. ranch/aioli

Mustard is the only one I regularly use. Occasionally mayo.
Never ketchup

One of the areas where our friends of color are correct.
Mayo is a white person's idea of a sophisticated condiment; in reality, its garbage no one should ever eat.

I'm a mayo guy but ketchup has its place on fries and fried fish....although I do like a little malted vinegar on my fried fish. I rarely use mustard.

A bad steak needs ketchup, a good steak deserves ketchup, or so I’ve heard. Mayo on a ham sandwich is tops.
