No doubt- Mayo is king. Especially on fries.

Mustard sometimes.

Ketchup never.

Ketchup is one of those gross things you liked as a child and then realize how awful it really is when you grow up. Sorta like Chef Boyardee and fruit roll-ups.

I wouldn't want to do without any of the big 3 condiments. Mayo is great on a ham poboy and is essential as an ingredient in a lot of good food.

Ketchup is good on fries (which I don't eat much since now they fry them in the wrong fat). It's also an essential ingredient in a lot of good food like cocktail sauce and BBQ sauce.

Mustard is great on hot dogs and other sausages. Also essential as an ingredient in some BBQ sauces and Chicken Cordon Bleu.

I like the combination of mayo and ketchup on burgers or sometimes mayo and mustard like a Lot-a-burger.
