Looks like she's done a good job at her other stops
This might just be a temporary blip as part of a broader rebrand that will work out for them in the long term

Is she the one that removed the Double Decker and Baja Ranch sauce from the Menu?

Does anyone here realize that they are actually going back to their original logo from 1969?
No, because they aren’t.

They aren’t changing the food.
They are adding new menu items.

They had to do something to keep up with generational change (business built on Boomers, now finding a future), but they botched it.
Seems like it would have been wiser to maybe brighten up the place with new paint, but add memorabilia that people in their 30s and 40s would relate to to the Depression era stuff -- and make sure the food quality and service was good.
It was always a pretty reliable place to eat while on the road and was kid friendly, Just add decorations today's parents would recognize and keep the quality up.

I’ve been done with them for awhile and it has nothing to do with this, although I do agree this was some horrible marketing. The food has been pretty average to bad for awhile. Breakfast was only thing that was still decent but other places I prefer.

I've only been to CB twice. But we take on habits from our parents and grandparents, which we pass on to our kids. It's one of the reasons beer brands try so hard, because once you start drinking Miller Lite or something else in your teens, there is little chance you'll change your default beer.
Shitty managers or directors focus on things that don't build revenue. They're wiping out people that would bring their grandkids there, who would then keep going, and bring their kids. There's some advice from a non MBA.

never been to a cracker barrel. Every time I pass one, it seems to have old people, similar to Picadilly. Now I am curious who they are trying to attract with this new logo?

I'm a lifelong conservative Republican, I really DGAF about this issue. I will faux-cott (the act of not doing something you weren't going to do anyway) CB, but they won't miss someone who wasn't there.

People under 45.

But again, are Cracker Barrel’s actually struggling?!? as a kid I remember them being jam packed every single time.
Service has gone to hell and food quality has dropped.
Plus, their customer base is literally dying off

An image rebrand does not solve their problems.

They probably realize their customer base is about to die off

I'm starting to realize that you're kind of off.
As I posted earlier, which you may not have read (about CB), the basic concept is that I brought my kids to Waffle House, because I went to Waffle House. They'll remember scattered smothered covered and chunked, and they'll want it as they grow into adults. Then, they're likely to bring their kids there in 20 years.
CB is nostalgia, and young people like nostalgia imparted by family members. You see this with beer brands, Whataburger, and all sorts of organizations. But you don't get that CB is telling their current customer base to eat a bag of d&cks, and attempting to capture a progressive customer base that doesn't eat biscuits and gravy anyway. The menu changes are minor, it's the CEO's open disdain for the customers that are responsible for her salary as of right now.
A pop up in the meatpacking district in NYC? For CB? Laughable.

You need to do some research before you type nonsense. The original logo, and this new "Gay Friendly" logo aren't even close to being the same. Post less.

Oh that makes sense then. Besides Chili’s these garbage arse chains are dying and that’s a good thing.

And only Cracka’s can say it, fair is fair, others can refer to it as C-word Barrel.

I’ve eaten at cracka barrel several times, but it’s probably been 5+ years since last visit. I grew up eating that type food almost every night. I like it, but I prefer to either eat at the folks house or go to a legitimately good home cooking/soul food place.
