Their donuts are like heaven in your mouth. Since they arrived in Metairie, I haven't gone anywhere else for donuts. The consistency of the dough is just delicious.

One of the few areas Atlanta lags in is donut places
It's so weird to me that Dallas has a random korean/vietnamese donut shop on every corner and Atlanta only has a sprinkling of chains and a few one-off expensive local places

The kolaches are not good. They are all dough.
Them not being able to sell cake donuts outside out Texas is pretty fricking dumb.
The glaze are good fresh. However KK’s donuts keep better all across the board.

Got some donuts from Shipley’s at 3-4 on a Saturday. They were terrible & stale. I assume had been sitting most of the day.
KK are not bad even after sitting over night. Not sure what kind of processed crap keeps them edible but they are better

Way below average
I tried them when they moved here in Old Metry
Bakers Dozen here in the nola area, and Mary Lees from back in BR are far superior
Bakers Dozen is class too. They will never give you a glaze that isnt hot and fresh.
