This Gonzales/Prairieville digital creator in my feed and is a likeble fella and he has pretty good cooking vids.
He has Boy, Dats Good Yeah! Cajun Seasoning blend and I want to try it soon to support his efforts.
Anyway, I cooked his Dirty Spagetti (w/o savoie's dressing mix) this afternoon and liked it - would make a good camp spagetti feeding men.
Don't forget the garlic bread.

Hymel’s Kajun Kitchen Recipes
Dirty Spagetti
-1 lbs ground beef
-1 lb hot jimmy dean pork sausage
-1 container of savoie's dressing mix
-1 onion -1 bell pepper-2 celery stalk s-3 tbsp minced garlic
-1/2 can tomato paste(6oz can) so 3oz in recipe
-1 tbsp Baw Dat Good Yeah Cajun seasoning
-2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
-¼ cup flour
-2-3cups beef broth
-1 can of cream of golden mushroom soup
-Salt to taste
-1 bunch Green onions
-1 lb spaghetti - cooked
Instructions:
Brown ground beef, dressing mix, and sausage in a large pot over medium heat. Lightly season with salt and Cajun seasoning. Add onion, bell pepper, and celery. Cook until softened. Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant. Add tomato paste and cook 2–3 minutes, then mix. Season with Cajun seasoning, trinity in a bottle, and Worcestershire. Slowly pour in beef broth, stirring until smooth. Sprinkle in flour little at a time and let simmer until thickens, stirring occasionally so the bottom doesn’t stick. Add Golden Mushroom soup. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Turn off heat and stir in green onions. Add cooked spaghetti and toss until all incorporated . Serve it up hot and Baw Dat Good Yeah!

Glad I watched the whole video this time. When I've seen it before, I stopped watching when I saw Jiffy mix. (Not a fan. I prefer my cornbread to not be sweet)

But this recipe leans into the sweet with the pepper jelly and syrup. Think I'll give it a try one day.

Frick, I can’t get Savoie’s dressing mix here in Utah.

That’s the hardest component to replicate
