I like some char on my ribs, too, so at least your overcooked ribs have that. I'd eat 'em.

Over cooked anything annoys me.

I hate when people serve burgers or fajitas or something, and doesn't put out enough fixins...or at least fixins that I like, like cheese.

Even chili if they put enough in for me to recognize it.

I thought for sure you would mention when someone plates up food and the components are touching.

Fake krab or any sort of cheese associated with "sooshee". Sake that is so overly piping hot that you cannot pour or drink it.

Too much salad dressing. Always needs to be on the side for me.

Beef with Pho dishes need to be on the side as well. Any thinly sliced beef that is served in the dish has already been overcooked before it gets to my table, and continues to cook before I eat the whole thing.

Add way too much salt. Too much can destroy something you worked hours on.

I try to use it sparingly.

I eat most proteins with the exception of chicken at slightly "under" temp. It's just a preference. It might kill me one day, but until then I'll prefer it and enjoy it.

So overcooking it is just criminal for me.

Hot sake is the bad shite. They heat it up to mask the shitty flavor.

Raw celery in potato salad

"Chicken frying" bacon, ribs, etc.

Un-toasted bread/bun for a sandwich/burger

Un-melted cheese on a hot sandwich/burger

Un-peeled shrimp in a composed dish (not boiled or bbq)

That genetic predisposition is tragic. Love cilantro.

I might as well pour some Dawn over my tacos, same thing.

I try every once in a while to eat some, but every damn time I do, I feel like I said a dirty word and Mom is making me have quality face time with a bar of Irish Spring
