Eggs are my favorite thing to eat- its cheap, easy to cook, and delicious if cooked and seasoned right.

I am looking for new ways, err ingredients to add to my omelets.

My favorite is shredded cheese, sliced mushrooms, and hot sauce on top

Onions , bell peppers, sausage, jalapeños, black olives. Pretty much any veggies or meats you like. Also good with Schiracchi sauce.

I grill a couple links of deer sausage with onions, slice them thin, and drop it in the middle before I flip it over.

Good damn omelet.

I like to cook thin sliced sausage, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, onion, and bell pepper in olive oil with a little butter.

Make a 3 egg omlette base, add the above with some extra sharp cheddar, fold over.

My omlettes weigh 2lbs, easy.

I make them other ways, but this is by far my favorite.

I don't .. Usually a minority does it for me.

Last week for instance a nice Mexican little old lady made two of the best I've ever had.
I hate eggs , but I love omlets.
Told her to put it all in there.

I'm a purist.

Eggs. Maybe some parsley or chive garnish.

I am married to one of the best omelet makers this side of the Mississippi.

Mrs. Wales makes them to perfection then sprinkles in a little onion, cheese, jalapeño , and bacon crumbles. Then she sprinkles cheese on top.
