Kind of spinning off the topic of Ruth's Chris

Methods
1. Grill
2. Sous Vide
3. Sear-Roasting
4. Pan-Frying
5. Broiling - Ruth's Chris
6. Smoked

Personally done each and grill I am sure will be favorite of most. You cannot knock sous vide though, with searing on grill to finish off. Use a grill vortex to sear perfectly

I thought this was a medium rare type thread. Not grill vs. bud light style cooked steaks.

Reverse sear. I could go either way with a cast iron or grill sear.

Medium rare is a given, it is how do you like to get it there.

Reverse sear, then on HOT grill for 1 minute per side. Medium rare perfection.

Reverse sear is the way to go, but usually I just use a really hot kettle grill with salt and pepper
