Any homemade stuff. There's some up here from an old lady in Rosedale call Ms. Grazi......you can buy it at Piggy Wiggy's in the Delta.

I also like Tobasco Garlic for bloody mary's and my homemade spaghetti, Tobasco Chipotle for my chili, and regular Tobasco for gumbo. I use Louisiana Red Dot for everything else.

I agree for the most part. I do use it as a component of my wing sauce to kick it up. Except for that, I never, ever use it.

I find it too vinegary for most dishes. As I posted earlier, I keep 3 different types, but I use them on certain dishes. LA red dot is my general, everyday hot sauce.

Crystal all the way. I put it on almost everything out of habit. I'm quite jealous of the gerneratons before mine that were able to enjoy Crystal garlic hot sauce.

Louisiana Gold Red.

Their horseradish is great on a roast beef sandwich.

I like all of the Louisiana native sauces but also like Frank's. It's milder but seems to have more actual pepper flavor than others.
