Holiday Side Dishes Challenge - January Xth - DELAYED See notes and respond

SORRY. I just got home a short time ago. I had a family emergency in West Lafayette, IN and have been stuck in airports since yesterday afternoon.
Between the emergency with my son - he's was hospitalized on Friday night (he's okay and at home, now) and the cancelled flights, I forgot all about the Food Challenge.
Does everyone want to start it now, wait for tomorrow, or wait until next week? I think waiting until next week will ensure that everyone knows about the change. Let me know what day works best for everyone.

Awesome. It would make me feel better if we had another entry. I have this penciled in on my desk calendar at home. I added it to my phone, so I don't miss it if I get called out of town.
I'm going to bed, now. I'll count up the tallies in the AM, but for now, it kind of looks like next week is the answer.

I hate to say it, but my suggestion is to just start anew. Pick a new challenge and schedule it for a few weeks. But, if we are on for side dish, I'll make something tonight.

No way! I'm making my dish right now and spent $75 at the store today getting stuff for it + wine for drinking while cooking it. Let's do it!
