Beer makes you fat, do you want to be fat and slow?

I’d be surprised if it wasn’t the Tap Room in River Ranch...

Whole Foods bar came on strong and passed tap room about 8 years ago. Not sure where they stand today.

Tap Room
Social
Wurst bier garden is good if you like an outdoor setting but their draft game isn’t the best
Are we still getting a Chimes? Or did covid kill it?

I'm not big on IPA's, foreign beer, etc. But it looks to me that Walk-Ons and Corner Bar both have a wide variety.

Cafe 20.3 has a pretty good selection. Not saying "the best" but worthy of a mention.

The one in Sugar Land was good, then shut down around Covid, and I believe is gone forever.
Lafayette’s was always a weird situation. In the WFs around Houston area that had bars, you could walk around with your beer as you shopped for groceries.
Yet in Lafayette, where there’s drive thru real liquor daiquiri places, and where you can walk from one bar downtown to the next with a plastic cup of beer, you had to stay within the saloon doors of the WF bar with your beer.

Yep. They are a nice hole in the wall spot with a very solid selection of craft beers
They were doing 2 for 1 on all drafts on weekday afternoons. I think they are still doing it but excluding some beers now

Pretty decent food too.

Actually looked in there the other day and the bar has been completely removed. It is used as a grocery pickup/delivery staging area now.
Tap room is probably your answer for most beers but wurst and social are solid options as well like mentioned. Something about Corner Bar and their beer always tastes off to me like they don't probably clean their stuff well (shocker).

Why wouldn’t it come back? If it was a huge money maker for them you’d think it would be back one day.
