I’ve heard it’s preferable to Hell’s Gate Bourbon.

It's decent but for the money there are better options. Though I've only had a couple of their many versions

I’ve got a couple store picks, regular and 10 year but I’ve never tried any of it

Out of 130 bottles, Heaven's Door may be the worst bottle I have.

I have a Single Barrel Cask Strength And it is just plain bad probably my worst bottle.

If I'm not mistaken it's a blend that uses dickle which has a really off putting mineral note to a lot of people. I have had some single barrel picks of if that are outstanding for the price though.

Pretty much every Tennessee whisky except JD uses dickel and reformulates it

Some are Dickel and some are MGP, just have to read the back label to see the state of distillation.

Bob Dylans whiskey. It's OK. Nothing special. As far as celebrity whiskeys/bourbons Metallica's Blackened isn't bad.
