What do you guys eat? Looking for something lower in sugar, good fiber and doesn’t taste terrible.

Been on Multigrain Cheerios for a while but sugar content is higher and looking for something better

I start with some All Bran Buds, which have about 50% of your USDA fiber in a small amount. Then I add some Kashi or Raisin Bran to give it flavor. Maybe some blueberries. Sometimes Fage yogurt as well as milk.

The Buds are pretty tasteless and would be hard to eat by themselves, but a sprinkle of other cereal makes the whole bowl taste good.

Catalina Crunch is good. Expensive, but good. Costco sells the cinnamon flavor but I really like the dark chocolate.

Cinnamon Life is what I do when I do cereal, but I've been doing an orange and a breakfast sandwich lately, trying to do more protein. Low carb versions, not that bad, from Real Good and Jimmy Dean Delites. 1 of them isn't that many calories, fills me up enough.

Not the best tasting but for the health benefits I’ll get it down.

I heard a nutritionist say they call the cereal aisle the cake aisle because the ingredients in most cereals are close to what is in cake in terms of nutrition.

If not literally true, it’s close.
I’d like to see the ingredients of the ones people say are healthy.

I’m not saying it is the healthiest thing you’ll ever put in your body, but for a cereal it’s not bad.

I like “ Post Wheat n Bran Shredded Wheat.” It has zero sugars. Sometimes I put a little Raisin Bran over it if I want a little sweetness.

Those oils aren’t great, but I’m not sure I would classify that as a cereal since it’s not made of grain.
