Overnight oats

Obviously it's easy to put too much sugar and stuff in this, so be reasonable.

I do something similar a lot of times but I either add turkey sausage crumbles or actual turkey. I am eating in 3 minutes.

Banana or a satsuma. It's a lazy morning person's dream breakfast. I eat a banana for breakfast almost every morning.

Here's what I do.. It's great. I buy a container of cut up mixed fruit, and a container of 2% cottage cheese from the store. I usually eat a serving of each right out of the container, while I have some wheat bread in the toaster. Then I eat the wheat bread with some peanut or almond butter on top and with a glass of milk. It's a great way to start the day,

My go to is a little bit of plain yogurt with bran cereal and raisins or fruit on top.

All of the above are great answers. My breakfast is 95% of the time one of three things:

2 Hard-Boiled Eggs and Fruit and Milk
A Shake: Pumpkin Base or Banana+Greens Base
Overnight Oats - Steel Cut Oats, Coconut and Almond Milk, Honey, Cinnamon, Flax, Berries

Which pretty much aligns with this list. Eggs and Oatmeal can be prepped before hand, so that's always easy. Have to keep it flexible or it gets boring. I make two jars of oats at a time and split those days with something different. A shake is probably 3 days of the week easily.

Steel cut oats or oat groats with almond milk, cinnamon, and flaxseed. Sometimes I'll add some fruit, and I usually eat it with egg whites.

What's up with people saying oatmeal is bad for you? Sure, if you throw a bunch of sugary crap in there it's probably not going to be considered a healthy breakfast anymore. I think that goes without saying. But oatmeal itself is a low GI food that helps regulate blood sugar (especially the steel cut or whole groat versions) and can lower LDL cholesterol.

ETA- It's probably pretty important to mention that I cook several days worth of oats at a time and reheat in the A.M. with another splash of almond milk. You don't have time to cook steel cut oats in 10-15 minutes, and oat groats take more than an hour.

Can't tell you the last time I've had a breakfast in the AM. If I do eat one I'll swing through McDonalds
