Just as the title says....what's a food or fav food you couldn't do without? For me it would be steak or tacos, or chicken wings. I could list a few more but I know how we don't like reading novels So what say you?

Caesar salad. The real one. Freshly whipped dressing with ground anchovies, homemade croutons, a ton of garlic, etc.

I make it at home sometimes and have to keep myself away from eating 2000 calories of it.

I gave up crawfish for Lent one year. Never again! I’d also say that gumbo is something I’d have a hard time giving up.

Cheeseburgers. Not going to happen. Had them bun free when I was keto.

Already happened with me. Fish and shellfish. I developed an allergy to both in my early 30’s.

bread....I'd have real trouble if I couldn't have it. I don't eat it to excess, but I bake mountains of it, and it's a foundation food for me. Whole grain, multigrain, seeded, oat, rye, I love em all, and there are few greater culinary pleasures than a warm baguette spread with salted french butter.

Not very specific but I can't go without Asian food. Indian, Korean, Japanese are all pretty much staples in my eating out routine.

I’ve given up 99% of my carbs and 100% of my red meat and 97% of my fish/chicken in the last 4 weeks. I have more than 50 but less than 200 pounds to lose. Gotta start somewhere.

Also went cold turkey on Diet Cokes. Been drinking minimum of six cans a day since 1987.

So basically, I’ve given up everything.
