I was told minced garlic in the dressing. The paste recipe was for the poster who requested it. I would imagine you can add some paste to the dressing as it won’t hurt. The ingredients can be tweaked per each individuals taste

Use an emulsion blender. Shaking it works but not as simple.

Bump:
It’s taken me a long time to finally try my hand at attempting to duplicate Albasha Salad Dressing. Thanks to my daughter for asking me to make it. This was my first attempt:
Ingredients
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
• 12 ish garlic cloves,
• 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
• 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
• 3-4 tablespoons water (to adjust consistency)
Kept blending and adjusting till I thought it was close enough or lost the strong garlic bite. I did add vinegar as a replacement to some of the lemon juice as I ran out of lemon. I kept adjusting till the dressing quantity increased. When I finally finished, this recipe is close to what I ended up with. Family loved it and said it was close.

Sumac is a great addition. The local Greek place uses it in its recipe.
