Throwing some on the grill tomorrow. Want something simple. Could even be store bought. No BBQ though. What you got?

I like this (measurements are guesses): 1/2 cup honey, 1 tbs butter, 2 tbs soy sauce or Worcestershire, a whole bunch of minced garlic.

Malcolm reeds voodoo wing sauce is awesome.
1 stick of butter
2 tbs minced onion.
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup brown sugar
2oz rum
2oz hot sauce
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1 cup bbq sauce

I use whiskey instead of rum.

ETA. Missed the no bbq sauce. It’s damn good though.

Lately I have been trying:

An Asian sauce made up of sugar, honey, garlic, soy sauce, water.

I also make a cross between a buffalo wing sauce and BBQ.

Haven't tried it yet, but my son made some dumplings and used it as a dipping sauce. I plan on cooking some wings on the grill with a low smoke. Bought it at H mart.

So I did no work in preparing the glaze. Stumbled upon Buffalo Wild Wings sauces in my local Rouses. Garlic Parm and Mango Habenero. Damn good. Fixing to go in for round 2 after my last cocktail in a minute

1 7.5 ounce can Chipotle peppers in Adobo sauce
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce.

Blend all ingredients.

Made these tonight. Was cooking for my kids, so l doubled the brown sugar and honey. Made for a good sweet sauce with both smoke and a bit of heat from the peppers.

Best wings l ever made were a blend of rooster chili sauce, lemon juice and some other seasonings that me and a friend cooked back in our school days. We were less focused on keeping track of our recipes than other things that normal college kids do, so it's forgotten to the winds of time. I'll experiment and add it here if it's worth eating.
