Not use to watching LSU at 11 am. What’s some good brunch ideas to cook or anything else?

Making French toast and bacon for my just about 4 year old's birthday.

Biscuits and sausage gravy. I usually serve eggs on top of it in whatever style the person wants -- even scrambled is good.
Breakfast casserole is an easy one because you just mix and pop into the oven. There's even versions people do in the crock pot while they're sleeping.
I haven't made it yet, but I have a few books by Yotem Ottolenghi and one of his famous recipes is this caramelized garlic tart. Would make a killer brunch item.

Could always go the brunch seafood route. Crab or salmon cakes with runny eggs and hollandaise. Even smoked salmon could be good.

We don't cook anything for 11 games, and often don't get to watch them because of kids' games and whatnot. When we do get to watch the Tide at 11, we usually just have a big breakfast around 9 and just snack throughout the day until dinner.

Biscuits and sausage with white gravy over the top, a couple fried eggs however you like them and for something to sip on, since it's brunch------Bloody Mary.
