We all had our whataburger circle jerk yesterday, but man.. I love me some Freddys. Had a double California style with a sundae and it made the work day all worth it.
Only thing locally that comes close to it for me is the chop house burger from whataburger, but it's been since retired.

Freddys is pretty meh. Really nothing distinguishing about them and unnecessarily greasy

Freddy's is a great burger. I rarely eat them because they are too damn small. I'd rather hit up the Whataburger across the street and get a burger I can barely finish for the same price as a burger that doesn't fill me up.

In a world where almost every fast food chain is borderline disgusting and ran by tweekers and stoners, having a consistent burger and great ice cream to take the family to have occasionally is the bomb.
Dairy queen has my childhood, but freddy's has my heart right now.

The Freddy's right near where I work never really has that long of a drive thru line. Maybe I'll check it out.
