Whatever carb you have on hand that’s soaking up the last of the meat/sauce/flavor of what you’re eating.
Personally, I prefer the last bite of naan wiping up the last bit of spicy curry I have on my plate.

The last bite of gumbo, perfectly rationed to have the correct amount of rice, juice, a little chicken, and just enough sludge from the potato sald to make it nice and creamy.
