I think most are just pointing out that the Bacon Cheeseburger, as listed on the menu at Five Guys, is actually a Double Bacon Cheeseburger, and the Little Bacon Cheeseburger, as listed on the menu, is a normal single patty bacon cheeseburger.
Little Bacon Cheeseburger = $6.92 ($7.52 after tax).
Bacon Cheeseburger = $8.99 ($9.77 after tax).

All of those newer chains that just came to Louisiana over the last few years are expensive.

I don't get it. So if Balls had ordered enough food for 15 people (but if it was still only two people eating all that food), and complained that the cost was too expensive for two people, he would have a legit complaint?

I just thought it was a funny reply to OP saying if he did the cost by three people instead of two it wasn’t a bad deal when only two were eating. It isn’t anything discussion worthy. I’ll see myself out

I have you seen their bottom line? People love it. I guess if you're coming out of the boonies it sounds ridiculous accustomed to a Big Mac meal. Five Guys is known for it's high price point. But you pay for what you get. Everything there is fresh which is hard to find sometimes.

I like Five guy okay but it’s definitely not worth the money they are charging.
One of my favorite burgers is from Red Robin. The Gourmet Cheeseburger with the red relish on the side. I would take that over five guys and pay less when you combine the fries.

All those burger places are that expensive. Now, the burgers are a good size, and the fries, you have to pay extra for them but they do give you a lot of them.
Just wait until they raise prices again to deal with labor shortages.

Every Five Guys thread is like this. ETA: Five Guys is definitely not cheap. But it is an objective step up in quality and consistency from the typical fast food places.

It was $30 and didn’t have the shake or the taxes.. That’s basically $40.
