Ordered food to eat at the house. I get home, unwrap the burger and realize they forgot to put the patties on the burger.

All the toppings, but missing the two patties. How does that happen again? Someone actually put the buns together and didn’t realize it was missing the key ingredient?

Luckily I was less than 5 min away and I rolled back in for a replacement.

Years ago (maybe 2015?) I was at the Baton Rouge Popeyes location of Perkins and Starring. I placed my order (to-go) and sat there for 40 minutes waiting. Multiple orders get placed and received before I received mine. Didn't say a word -- i know how Popeye's operates, you'll get your order, correct or incorrect, and it will be delicious.

Well, one of the employees notices me waiting and yells from behind the counter "Have you not recieved your food yet?" I said no, just waiting, no rush. She said "well hell, thanks for waiting, i'm going to hook you up!". And that, she did. I received, on top of my order, like 10 spicy tenders, 5 biscuits, red beans and rice, two extra orders of fries. All fresh.

And that was the one time i ever submitted a customer service review to any establishment. 5 stars.

To this day, I still think about how awesome that meal was. And i also remember the resulting stomach issues. Worth it.

Well, we did order a couple of shakes and had to wait a while.

We received our food in 10 min but had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the shakes because a group of 8 right in front of us all ordered shakes and the dude making them was overwhelmed.

I feel God in this Popeye's tonight

If it was really like Popeyes they would have told you they were out of hamburger meat.

Once went to Subway and they told us that they were out of bread... you make your own and you're a sandwich joint

So no difference in taste than their regular burger.
