FBD after (I think) finally fixing a plumbing problem that's been broken for about two weeks.

First time having this beer. Really like it. Another very good output by Stone.

I made a beer run over to Calandro's today. They now have Ballast Point Sculpin, Grapefruit Sculpin, Victory at Sea and Mango Even Keel.

Hokus Pokus didn't get theirs yet. But they do have Crowd Control on tap.

I want some of the prairie beers but I have a feeling I am out of luck. Hopefully I can meet a nice fellow beer lover and share some....

Had a couple with lunch, but couldn't keep the thread going.

FBD was DDH Commotion

SBD was Southern Craft Citeaux. If you're gonna coffee a beer, coffee the damn beer. This needs more coffee.

Yep. Was very disappointed. It was really light for a stout too. Tasted like water with some coffee in it. Was really looking forward to it too.

They now have Ballast Point Sculpin,

What is Sculpin being sold for in Louisiana? I refuse to pay $14.99 for a six pack of a single IPA like Sculpin when Union Jack, Duet and Art Car are on the shelves for considerably less.

I had it last week, I thought it had a nice coffee smell but was disappointed in the body with it being so thin and lack of coffee flavor in it.

That DDH commotion looks really good. Totally different than the regular. Is it as good as it looks?

Those are damn expensive too. There are a lot of other good options in the $10 range.

Agreed.

I would prefer to get local, anyway, so I would drink Envie before Sculpin, if I was in LA.
