FBD is an Ommegang Fleur de Houblon split with B.

SBD is a Running Monk Black IPA. Wonderful citrus hop nose and great roasted flavors. This is a winner from Running Monk.

That looks solid Bottomland. I've got 15 more minutes and I'm hustling up to the Nail. May be a Hopitoulas starter.

Just purchased WSM 18.5 inch, a few types of wood chunks, gloves, chimney starter, and fire starters for $267 shipped to my door by Wednesday! The grill by itself new is $300. I love Amazon Prime and Gift Cards

Are you a South Louisianian?
No, in Houston, but travel to BR/NOLA a few times a year.

I'm really not a big hickory fan, I think it's over powering more often than not. I like it for sausage and some beef cuts and for curing, but for anything else I like lighter woods like cherry, apple, pecan, etc.

I'm not the most knowledgable IIPA judge, but I think it's fine out of the can. My preference would be more malt depth and more hop diversity in the aroma, but it ain't bad by any means.

I wonder when it'll make it's way to BR?
Some will be here Sunday possibly.

Will this not be in BR soon?
No clue, would think if it is all over NOLA then it shouldn't take long for it to get to BR, but look at Envie.
