I have to give the edge to FM, but it is very close. Of course, I like my steak MR, but throughout the entire cook, I thought the FM steak would be much better, but in the end, the flavor, texture, etc, was fairly close.
The Costco steak was M because my kids, thanks to my wife, have been brainwashed into liking well done steak. This is as close to W as I will go.

Yeah, I refuse to cook a nice steak past medium. If it is too rare for them, they can microwave it.
I like my steaks MR. My daughter (sorry no pics) likes them Rare, like really Rare--30 seconds on each side Rare. My wife likes hers Medium Well, so I often undercook hers.

Both steaks were reverse seared. I gave the Medium steak a 10 minute head start on the grill.
