FBD while prepping some steaks. I got some prime NY strip steaks from Costco and then picked up some from Fresh Market. I'm gonna compare them side by side. I'm cooking one of each and freezing the rest)
The Costco steaks ran $11.99/lb, whereas the FM steaks cost me $11.19/lb ($24.99 on sale for $15.99 plus a 30% discount because my kids work there). On the surface, the FM steak is fresher looking. They are salted and in the fridge for a few hours.
