FBD
I agree on Almanacs Gose. It's been a while since I had the Westbrook but I prefer the Almanac. Curious to try the Real Ale version. Strange how a style that was dead just a few years ago is popping up all over the place.

FBD - was a homebrew 100% Brett wit
SBD - I'm going to restock next week at some point!

didn't the popularity of Westbrook's Gose bring the style back and made other breweries try their hand at it?

I agree with everything you said, although I've never had the pleasure of Madame Rose. I'd put Sofie over Halia, also.

Let's do it. I've been trying to share some bottles with you bastards for like two weeks now.

Really? That makes them a distant second for me. I like being able to roll in at 9 pm when it's dead.

I don't like that either. I think Friday and Saturday nights should be later.

I think so. I'm sure the overall trend of sours becoming more popular helped, but I believe they were the first to do it, at least on a large scale.

yall are spoiled. 8 is the latest any of my local breweries stay open. however, they're a drive away and not where I want to be getting wasted before the bars so it's all good.

I need to bottle my Farmhouse Red Ale, then I'm going to use that cake to brew a Hoppy Farmhouse Ale, and then I will brew another round of 100% Brett Pale Ale w/ Simcoe and Chinook!

Valid point. Can someone explain to me the whole Beer Advocate thing? It used to be people would post reviews of beer. Now it's just a bunch of people posting states, I assume where they found the beer. That's fricking obnoxious. I don't give two shits where you found the beer. Sometimes I taste something and need to verify that it's not just my palate or I can't quite name it.
Perfect example, the onion taste I got the other night from that Ruinten.
