More of a general question for the board. I'm going to have to ask myself that question, soon. I've traded with him in the past and have been generous, so I believe he will be generous with his Beatification especially since he has a number of bottles.
ETA: I'm from Portland and have nothing to trade. It's true in this case, since he's from Portland, too... I hoping an Abita Strawberry will get him excited...

Not sure what you mean. I was pretty happy with that trade. The $4$ was favorable for my side.

Interesting. I generally don't play with whales. I'm more of a catfish kinda guy. Maybe some smallmouth bass from time to time. They all swim in water, but one's freshwater and the other is salt, and one is a mammal and the other is...uh...what is a fish? Damn you, biology.
Anyway, I didn't realize Beatification was that rare. Good to know. I've had Westy and thought it was amazing, but my perception of it is that it's super rare. This is why I love this thread. I learn a lot.

Westy isn't really that rare. They make a lot of it in Belgium year-round and you can order it online. Not to mention the recent US release. It gets here.
Russian River has only done six batches of Beatification (once a year-ish), it is brewery only and sells out immediately.
