A few canebrakes, tap and bottle

Now on to hipster ale, it is like they cloned Hopitoulas, or vise versa depending on which was first.

FBD (and first of the week, for that matter, is a DFH 60 Minute IPA. Been a while since I had one of these. Very good.

FBD a bit of homebrew Graham Cracker Porter that is still in the carboy. I thought this one was a fail. But after sitting in the secondary for a month with 2 oz of French Oak Chips, it's tasty damn fine. The beer gods have smiled on me this time.

I guess I always just call ahead and show up around 15 mins later but I may have to try this from now on.

Works especially well if you are in a "I just need to gtfo for a moment" situation. You know, when inlaws are visiting or bickering with wife.

Absolutely. If I called the order in and then picked it up, there would be a risk that the order would be screwed up or the pizza would sit and get cold. I always sit at the bar and order and then drink a beer while I wait. This way I am insured of a hot pizza. The sacrifices I make for my family.
