I’m drinking a Glenmorangie right now because it was on sale at Rouses. Okay, but Balvenie remains my fave.

I favor Speyside over others, but I like the them all.

Going to Scotland in June and my goal is to sample at least 25 whiskies that I haven’t had before.

Venture out a bit. Older Islays are fantastic and generally lose a little of that big peaty punch you get from the younger Islays.

Im going to Scotland in June as well

Try some Springbank one of the few craft distilleries left in Scotland. If you like Speyside then Glenfarclas is a must try 15 year old is best bang for your buck

Macallan 12. Got a bottle of Penderyns Welsh wkisky for Christmas. Interesting. Like a cross bwtn bourbon & scotch.

The Dalmore 12 (I much rather this on over the 15)

Agreed on both. The 18 is nice, but the cigar malt is great.
