2.29/gal in Mobile, AL thanks to our Gov & Legislature forcing through a 10 cent gas tax hike. 6 cent this year. 2 cents in 2020. and 2 more in 2021.
It was 2.16/gal steady for a week+ before the bill passed....

Crystal makes a wing sauce that's pretty damn good. Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Red Chilin Wing Sauce is awesome. If I'm making my own, I use a stick of butter, a bottle of Crystal's, a cup of honey, and a 1/2 teaspoon or less of Carolina Reaper powder....

Yeah, but they gouge on the individual beers. Several of their beers are in the $2-$3.5 range each. My local Winn-Dixie has a flat $9.99 sixer with decent choices. They continue to insist on putting out Dogfish Head Flesh & Blood IPA which sells for $14.99 a six pack. But I build a sixer for $9.99. ...

The food is OK. Not bad, but nothing you'll find yourself craving for a couple of months later. I'd suggest either Muriel's or Brennan's based on my limited brunch experiences in NOLA. All of those options aren't really what I'd call walking distance to the dome, but maybe I'm just a lazy, fat frick....
