Show me any other cheese which is dispensed out of a can by virtue of pressure from a gas supplied power system. How long is it aged?

I found a can behind the seat of my truck. Had to be a year old. Pretty stout but still creamy good, especially with vienna sausages and a slim Jim.

We sometimes just go to Spec's here in Houston and get cheese, crackers and maybe prosciutto or some other deli meat and have "Spec's on the Deck" for supper. Oh, and a few bottles of wine as well.

Smoked cheddar. MMMM

Enjoying a lot of sharp cheddar lately as well.

Robusto with a pear is excellent as well.

Extra sharp cheddar is what I have most often, but I love all kinds of cheeses for different applications. Don't think I've met a cheese I didn't like.

I love all cheese. Cheddar Colby Gouda and farmers are all yummy snack options.

If at MSU try the villagret can be ordered on line as well. A really nice white cheddar. Mild creamy. In my opinion, as nice as any I have enjoyed.

On a par with cheese in can if you can believe that. Sorry my sarcasm - cant seem to help myself tonight.

Next time pick up some serrano and prosciutto to compare the taste difference that exists with only a few bits of change in methodolgy of curing, and get some saucisson(French salami) for a fix of a very good example of European sausage. The meat and fat ratios in it makes for a sublime taste and texture adventure.
