I love cheese, and a lot of differnet kinds. I have never found a "real" cheese that I don't like.

I like plain goat cheese, and smoked gouda the best for snacking on for the most part. A good mozzarella with my garden tomotes in the summertime is awesome. Extra sharp chedder with apple slices is a fall favorite.

I can make a meal of cheese, smoked sausage sliced thin, raw sliced veggies or fruit, and Triscuits.

I always have a block of extra sharp cheddar around. I rotate between many others a lot.

The wife makes a wonderful cheese ball too.
Cheddar, cream cheese, chives, onion, garlic, mix well roll in chopped pecans.

Eat on wheat thins with a nice schlitzwizer

My mom used to make a good cheese ball that sounds about like that. I have not had that in years.
