I get the thin crust well done. Even better cut into small squares instead of traditional cut. It’s like cracker style bar pizza.
Yeah, I hadn’t eaten it in years because the dough would always fall apart. It was so soft.
I went to a buddies house and he ordered thin and regular crust well done. It opened a whole other world to me.

Papa John’s well done is a game changer.
Before it was a nationwide chain it was my favorite. I was in the military and I would eat an entire large by myself. I'm pretty sure him putting one next to a military base was probably a large part of their success because EVERY night there would be so many pizza's ordered that they would deliver it in a van. And there were many barracks doing this. Crazy amounts of business. This was over 30 years ago. I got stationed elsewhere and didn't get it again for like 10 years when they started popping up everywhere.
I don't know if it's that the quality dropped or my tastes just changed, but it's just not as good to me anymore. It's been a few years since I ordered one.
None of the places mentioned I consider bad pizza, but I definitely have preferences. My dad loves Pizza Hut. Little Caesars is great for the kids. I could pick them up pizza's for $5 each and they are happy as hell. Especially great when they had company over.

I would definitely check it out. I think it's a better chain than most if not all mentioned in this thread
I will definitely give it a try next time I order pizza.

They don't pile on the toppings, just FYI.

Y’all need to try out the new Marco’s pizza that just opened on Burbanks. It’s delicious. There’s a 50% off coupon on the website right now.

I like Hungry Howies, and I always get the butter crust.
I like Hungry Howies too, but I get the asiago cheese crust. They usually have decent deals and I just think the pizza is better than Pizza Hut, Dominos, Papa John's, or Little Caesers. Papa John's isn't bad if you tell them to cook it longer.
Hunt Brothers is underrated.

A Pizza Hut pan pizza in the 70s and 80s was a 10 for fast pizza.
Buttery crust..yum..
I ordered one in the mid nineties and it was horrendous..didn't look or taste the same .
I thought it was just a bad night and ordered again..same crap.
I only get thin crust at pizza hut now. They haven't seemed to mess that up yet.

Pizza Hut switched to frozen dough disks in the mid/late 90s. Not long after, they transitioned away from red roof sit-down restaurants. Hasn't been the same since.

It's a very solid Detroit style. If you like a good pan crust, you'll likely love it.
Finally found this thread. Just tried Jets for the forst time at the new store here in Diberville.
Amazing

Little Caesar’s is a good value but never would be last on my list from taste. If I’m having to feed a large group I’d rather get Costco pizza.
Pizza Hut used to be my favorite before 2005. Now I think it’s just not good and quite frankly I’d never order it.
Papa John’s would be #2 for me. Used to be a lot better in the past.
Dominos would be my tops of the 4. I like their garlic crust.
However, I don’t eat any of these unless limited options. We have a local place that is our go to for pizza delivery that is a pretty solid New York style pizza place.

Hunt brothers would be 2nd or 3rd on list around me
Gattis, Dominoes, hunt brothers are all better than Pizza Hut and little ceasers
