Fast Food GOAT (Off the Hook) Expanding outside LA

Opening in Hattiesburg, MS.
Off the Hook
Ate at the one in Denham Springs a few times and have been a fan since. Great service (think CFA and Canes). Clean. Great LA-centric menu. Solid quality food. See where they're now serving Best Stop boudin balls.
Don't know how far beyond LA they can expand with such a LA-centric menu, but if they can get a foothold in Houston, they'll make a killing.

Their Bon Temps cheeseburger is pretty good, especially if you want an alternative to the typical drive through or fast casual option.

Corks has decent shrimp but serves imported fish. I’ll pass on Louisiana places that don’t serve local.

There was something similar here in Arkansas called Eat My Catfish that shut down.

Looks like a New Orleans Hamburger & Seafood Co-ish menu. Will have to check it out sometime.

I like most everything Ive tried at Off The Hook, solid fast food menu. Been going for years now.
